AES crawlspace encapsulation is superior to standard encapsulation systems. Standard crawlspace encapsulation traps moisture beneath the vapor barrier. This moisture cannot dry out or escape. It becomes stagnant and creates mold and mildew beneath the vapor barrier, causing awful odor and bad air to flow into your home. AES installs a VAPORMAT™ system beneath the vapor barrier that constantly evacuates and discharges the moist, stagnant soil gas.
